Sacred Heart had a few 7th graders recognized last week at Thompson-Boling Arena for their outstanding science fair projects.
Grayson Belt received the Air Force Award recognizing the most Outstanding Project in the Junior Division. His project was titled, Ice Cold Meltdown and tested a variety of chemical substances used in de-icing.
Eliza Ainsworth was recognized as having the top project in her category of Medicine & Health Science and received a cash prize. Her project was also selected as one of the “top projects in the nation” and received a Masters Award, along with a referral to compete at the next level.
Spencer Stovall, Corina Tallent, and Grayson Belt all had their projects receive an Honorable Mention Award.
We are very proud of how they have represented Sacred Heart.
