After-School Care

Club Eagle provides a fun, safe, positive environment for students needing care after the school day ends. Activities include games, arts and crafts, creative play, outdoor play, and an opportunity for students to complete homework with supervision.

Enrollment plans range from drop-in only to before and after school care up to 5 days per week, and the fees vary according to the plan selected:

Biometric Check In/Out:
Club Eagle manages student check-in and check-out with biometrics. Students check-in using their fingerprint. Those adults on the approved pick-up list check-out a student using their fingerprint. This adds another layer of security to our program, improves security and makes billing easier.

After School Schedule:
Students are divided into three groups; K-2, 3-5 and 6-8. These different spaces to create an environment more conducive to academic time and appropriate behavior. Afternoons are structured to encourage positive behavior.
First :30 min             Check-in / snack
:40 min                     Homework time / Accelerated Reading
:30                            Play time / games
:60                            Outside time

Electronics
There will be no electronics in Club Eagle at any time. The exception will be for homework purposes, and those students will sit at a specific table to work on academic needs. Electronics brought for other purposes will be taken up and returned at the end of the day.

SUMMER  PROGRAM

Club Eagle offers a full summer camp program for working parents. Summer camp is available Monday through Friday from 7:30am-6:00 pm. Part-time plans are also available. campers will enjoy arts and crafts, outdoor play, games and field trips (including roller and ice skating, bowling, Putt-Putt, movies, swimming, Pump-It-Up, Knoxville Zoo, etc.).
