We generally follow the same format for all practices. Arrive – warm up run (.5 – 1.0 miles), stretch and practice plan review (10 minutes), workout (longer run, drills, speed / hill work, etc.), cool down run (.5 – 1.0 miles), depart. Bring water to every practice and be careful about over-eating before practice.
Sacred Heart Cathedral School - Tuesdays and Fridays from 3:50pm-5:00pm at Lakeshore Park
Open to all boys and girls of Middle school age (grades 6, 7, 8) or Elementary School Age (grades 3, 4 and 5).
Middle School Boys and Girls - 2 Miles
Elementary School Boys and Girls - 1 Mile
