Club Eagle provides a fun, safe, positive environment for students needing care after the school day ends. Activities include games, arts and crafts, creative play, outdoor play, and opportunities for students to complete homework with supervision.

Enrollment plans range from drop-in only to before and after-school care up to 5 days per week, and the fees vary according to the plan selected:
Bethany Jancek, Aftercare Director
Hi! My name is Bethany Jancek, and I am the Aftercare Director for Club Eagle. I also have the privilege of serving as the Assistant Director of our preschool, which allows me to spend my mornings working with our youngest learners before transitioning to Club Eagle in the afternoons with our elementary students.
Working with children has always been something I truly enjoy. I love creating a safe, welcoming, and fun environment where students can feel comfortable, build friendships, explore their interests, and continue learning after the school day ends. I especially enjoy getting to know each child!
Outside of school, I am happily married and recently welcomed a beautiful daughter into our family. When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, friends, and extended family. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of our Sacred Heart community and look forward to making Club Eagle a fun, positive, and memorable part of each student’s day!

After School Schedule
Students are divided into groups by their grade level. These spaces create an environment conducive to academic time and appropriate behavior. Afternoons are structured to encourage positive behavior.
Schedule for Club Eagle:
First: 30 min Check-in
:40 min Homework time/Accelerated Reading
:30 min Playtime/games & Snack
:60 min Outside time
: Clean/pack up to go home
Electronics
There will be no electronics in Club Eagle at any time. The exception will be for homework purposes, and those students will sit at a specific table to work on academic needs. Electronics brought for other purposes will be taken up and returned at the end of the day.
