The following fees are per student unless otherwise indicated.
Little Eagles – 5th Grade Students – $615
6th – 7th Grade Students – $928
8th Grade Students – $1,025
Security Fee per Student (Grades LE-8) – $175
Parent Teacher Ministry Dues (per family) – $45
Enrollment/Retainer Fee (per family) – $280
Overnight experiential class trips for grades 5,6,7 and 8 will be determined in the spring and will be an additional charge added to your FACTS agreement.
Catholic Student Tuition Assistance
The Knoxville Regional Catholic Schools Operating Fund (KRCSOF) works with Catholic families who wish to enroll their children in Catholic schools but may lack the financial resources to do so. To apply for tuition support, please click on the FACTS Instructions link below and follow the instructions to complete an online application. Tuition evaluation counselors for the KRCSOF will review the applications and then contact families to schedule an interview. Counselors will then make their tuition support recommendations to parish pastors, who make the final decisions on fund allocations.

*NEW REQUIREMENT: To receive the Catholic Student Tuition Rate, you must complete the 2025-2026 Stewardship/Parish Contribution Form, signed by your parish and return to SHCS.

Payment Plans
To assist our families in budgeting their installments to SHCS, we offer several payment plans through the FACTS Tuition Management System. These plan options include: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, 10-month, 12-month, and single payment in full.
