8TH GRADE ELA

Sacred Heart Cathedral School is a Catholic, AdvancEd accredited school of 520
students, K through 8th Grade. Sacred Heart is currently accepting
applications for a current opening of an 8th Grade ELA for this school year/

PURPOSE OF POSITION: The ELA Teacher shall execute the instructional
program of Sacred Heart Cathedral School by creating and maintaining a safe,
healthy, and supportive environment and culture that synthesizes the intellectual,
physical, social, emotional, and spiritual development of our students.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, History or a related field
Teaching experience preferred
Hold or be able to obtain a valid teacher license by the State of Tennessee

P/T Receptionist

Sacred Heart Cathedral School, an AdvancEd accredited school of 620 students, is currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Receptionist for the 2020-2021 academic school year.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: The P/T receptionist will assist the office manager by greeting visitors and students, scheduling buses for field trips, answering phones, and other various office duties.

Substitute
Sacred Heart Cathedral School, an AdvancEd accredited school of 620 students, is currently seeking substitute teachers for the 2021-2022 school year. 
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Substitute teachers are responsible for upholding the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school.
